Inspection Process

We conduct random sample inspections following ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2008 (AQL) standards to determine acceptable quality levels. • The inspection level depends on the product's value, ensuring cost-effective and appropriate quality control.
• We perform inspections at two critical stages:
  • Sample Inspection – Ensuring the initial production meets quality requirements.
  • Pre-Shipment Inspection – Verifying that the final batch meets the agreed specifications before dispatch.

Compliance & Certifications

On request, we work exclusively with certified manufacturers and conduct additional inspections to verify compliance with maintained certifications. While we do our best to ensure our manufacturers adhere to quality and ethical standards, specific certifications must be explicitly requested by the client.

Note: We cannot guarantee compliance unless the client specifically requests these certifications as a requirement.

Guarantee Terms & Customer Assurance

We stand behind our quality control process and provide a 1-year replacement guarantee for defective products.

• If an issue is found during inspection, we replace the product until 100% quality is achieved.
• Full inspection reports from our third-party partners are shared with clients after each inspection.
• Additional quality checks are available upon request for a fee.
